Celestia is (probably) the best (downloadable) space simulator, Orbiter is (probably) the best (downloadable) space FLIGHT simulator (the sound package is on a related site).

It depends on what you're looking for. You never specified. Are you interested in, for example, astronomy, the moon, mars, orbiting earth, or perhaps science fiction?
If you're interested in the International Space Station, for example, I'd recommend the simulation game Space Station Sim.
