Well, I will not say "around" 100 deg C.

I will say "around" 212 deg F.

Blood boiling in the skin huh? Something tells me this isn't gonna happen....but if it did, it would be about 100 C. The same as water. Give or take a few degrees for adjustment to the elevation at which the event is taking place and the other substances that are found in blood.
