What would make someone qualified to be called physically beautiful?

pretty is almost like the feminine equivalent to saying a guy is handsome. if said person is pretty or (in guys case is handsome) it means the person is good-looking but not necessarily someone that would really turn a person on. if youre pretty its not too much of a compliment..its almost like something youd say about a doll.
but if theyre beautiful, they have natural beauty..basically meaning they look good anytime and not just in photos or when theyre made-up. they look amazing in almost anything (whatever they wear) everything about them is wonderful...great personality, any talents they might have, possibly fashion sense, mental stability, physical appearance etc.

A beautiful person is kind and compassionate toward other people. A beautiful person could be physically attractive, but their personality sets them apart. An attractive person is someone who is physically fit and someone who takes care of their body.

Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder. Before you can be considered beautiful you must delete all ugly. That means you must be kind and honest before you could be beautiful. Usually once you get to know someone you realize that they are not truely beautiful. As far as I know know one is truely beautiful. Except kids under the age of 10 that are still 100% inocent.

I would argue that 'pretty' implies physical attractiveness but that 'beautiful' encompasses the entire being.

their personality...lots of people can be pretty even very pretty but true beauty only shines through from within
