It's simple. If he gets what he wants then treats you bad until he wants it again and the cycle never ends, he is totally using you.
Try making demands to him (something that would require a LOT of effort on his part) before you will do anything for him. See if he keeps coming around after a few times of you telling him this, and DON'T be intimate with him!.

because unfortunately guys are only after that one thing. until they finally get some sense knocked into them and realize what jerks they are being. but that is just the way it is. there isnt really much you can do about it except avoid the situation...which trust me i know is easier said then done.
