I have a notebook computer. How do you make the upsidedown question mark?

For an upsidedown questionmark press and hold the key down while typing in 0191 on the number pad. Release the key and you'll have an upsidedown ? like so ¿. To see this and other special keys go to accessories>System Tools> Character Map. The Specail Alt key character sequence will be shown in the lower right of the window when you click on a character. You may also copy and paste characters from here.
