I have no idea if/when/how God has anything to do with this, but Brazil has a huge number of different races MIXING. That is, lots of different gene pools are coming together. That will have the effect of creating faces that have features more in the "expected" places from everyone's point of view. That is, the cheakbone of someone from Brazil is likely to have a more "average" relationship with the rest of the face from the point of view of anyone on the planet than someone who comes from a very distinct race from the viewer. Check out the human face thing the Discovery channel showed a few years ago with John Cleese and Elizabeth Hurley for more information. If Americans were less classest and mixed races better, I have no doubt that WE would probably have the most beautiful faces. But we don't.

Not necessarily true bro. Of course hanging out on Ipanema ur bound to see some good ones. Ive been to Brazil many times, and its a toss-up.
