Is this why my car is "wobbling" when i turn left? also can i just replace the boot and not the entire tie rod end assembly?

could be tie rod end or could be wheel bearing giving out. No you can not replace the boot. with the boot tore dirt will get in and the tie rod end will give out .

check your wheel bearing too. this can also give you wobble when turning. the problem is that the boot keeps dirt out and if it's split, dirt has now mixed with the grease that protects the tie rod. changing the boot only puts the dirt and new grease in with the tie rod. you will end up changing it shortly anyway.

Don"t neglect this,No replace both tie Rod end and a new boot,You may have more than one,.After you seperate End from Knuckle,count threads or use type white out,to mark thread,so you can screw the new one back to location/then have an alighilment done.
