OK. After the man in the box leaves from the room where the guy got twisted to death, he walked down the hall way into the room that jigsaw was recovering in. the man walks in as Amanda and the girl was fighting. The girl with the shotgun shell necklace was his wife. He shoots Amanda in the neck. while she is on the floor jigsaw told her that she failed her test. he told her her games were unwinnabe. after Amanda dies he talks to jigsaw. Jigsaw said all he had to do to pass his test was to forgive. He said he forgive him and than slit his throat. Jigsaw pulled out a tape that said he failed. the door behind him locked and the tape said he failed said his daughter was locked in a room. as Jigsaw blead to death he died and the necklace his wife, the nurse, was wearing killed her. Ending saw 3 leaving room for Saw 4

Oh I loved that movie. He knew that the man would kill her if she killed his wife. He was testing her (his helper).
