yeah because its one of my favorite bands but I hate punk/emo people (the way they dress and what they stand for, not the actual people themselves). It was playing and someone at school asked why we were listening to punk/emo music

Theyre pop-punk.
Considering them emo or punk is going way too far, considering punk sounds nothing like pop-punk and emo(tive hardcore) is a form of hardcore punk, and Relient K defiently aint hardcore.

Yeah, I think they are emo. Why are you listening to the music if you don't like what it stands for? Maybe you should try not hating people based on how they dress or their views.

I guess I am old cause I have no idea what emo or indie etc.. means. I only know that Relient K is one of my favs. ( I AM 44yrs old)

the first song i heard of theirs develop into "who i'm hates who i have been" so then i regarded for his or her different songs. i found them and before each and every thing i couldnt comprehend them (i used to pay interest in common words to usa) even though it develop into one of those white noise so i'd flow to sleep truly . yet now i cant because i comprehend each and each and every of the words. so i'd say that i love them, so certain.
