okay, i have heard so many people and even doctors say that babies know if a women is pregnant. is that true?

I have heard this. Also along with that goes the wives tale that if lots of baby girls like to be held by you while you are pregnant, you are having a boy and vice versa, I don't know if it's true or not, but it's an interesting concept....

I'm not sure if it's true but I worked at a daycare and there was this about 14 month old baby girl that didn't like pregnant women at all. Pretty weird. No matter how far along they were.

It depends. When I was about 8 months pregnant with my son, I held a friend's baby who was a few weeks old. I was holding her on top of my stomach, and my son started kicking and the other baby was pushing back. I wouldn't say she "knew I was pregnant" exactly, but they were definitely interacting. I think maybe they could hear each other's heartbeats, and of course feel each other hitting and kicking.

That may depend on how old the baby is and if its responding to outside influences (like a dog can do). I dont want to say its not true because it isnt really known how aware an infant can be.

I've heard this theory also i belive its true somewhat like i heard baby girls are attracted to pregnant women if their having boys and it seems true to me because since ive been pregnant my youngest niece who is 1 just loves me she cuddles up to and i always have to be holding her this only happend after i got pregnant and im having a boy my sister in law told me it is true and with my expierience with my niece i belive it

Im not sure but i believe its true..Before i even knew i was pregnant my 6 yr old daughter asked me if im gonna have another baby...and my son who is 17 months will not stop climbing on me,pulling up my shirt and laying his head on my tummy..if i pull my shirt down he pulls it right back up and will cuddle and kiss it all the time...so i think theres truth behind it...

I haven't heard about this. I don't think babies or children know if a woman is pregnant unless the woman tells them.

well idk about babies but
everytime some1 gets pregnant
i have a feeling about wat sex the baby will be
my teacher was pregnant and told everyone in her classes
( 7th grade math teacher)
but everyone knew be4 then cuz her tummy was getting bigger
and be4 she left the school for the last 2-3 months......
i had a feeling it was a boy
but never said anything cuz it would weird everyone out'
and at the last month
our permanent sub for the 3 months said she gave birth
and we found out it was a boy
my aunt got pregnant and i said it was a boy and it was
i was 12 at the time
now 13

I have no idea. But my friends baby cuddles to me everytime i hold her.
I know animals know when you are pregnant.

When i was about 2 and 1/2 years i shcoked my aunt because i told her she was pregnant and it was a boy. she hadn't told anybody and had only gotten a test 3 days before.... its turned out it was a boy too.
