People living together in peace, happiness, prosperity (not monetarily, but not in poverty or hunger), and good health. People who acquire "jobs" to help their families, and their community, to achieve these core things. Rules laid down by a group (community) consensus that keep the core "values" from disintegrating into chaos, war, poverty, strife, disease, and malnutrition. A good education system so that evolution (on the micro-level - community, knowledge, etc) can come about and give better ideas to help the community prosper. And the ability to see everyone in the society as a person, with the rights afforded to everyone else. I'm talking equality (so far as quality of work and ability) and acceptance.

If everyone would not do harm to others. Everyone has the common sense to know what is and is not harmful. A lot or most people are just too selfish to act on this knowledge.
I believe that punishment should be given according to the degree of harm that has been done. Whether it be physical, material, financial, mental or emotional.
