It has enough power for SLI, is quiet, is a high quality product from a great company, and it has the 24 pin connector your motherboard requires.

Power supplies are quite tricky to install if you don't know A LOT about computers/volts/amps/ ect. The type of power supply you need also depends on what type of processor and/or graphics card you're using. I would suggest taking it to computer repair shop and having them check it out. If youre getting one off of newegg, I suggest going with the Enermax brand.
