How do i choose a the right place for me to livily and a child? I like the outdoors, involed in the local events, and a goverment that is more family-friendly -if that is possible.

I reccomend New Hampshire. There is all sorts of outdoor activities here, for all seasons, and many local events, not to mention what a beautiful area it is.
As for a government that's family friendly - well what state gov't is really all that friendly in general, let alone family friendly. That's just my political oppinion though....

comparing it to england, japan, indonesia.
