If you saw it, now that it's over, what did you think about Prince's performance during the Superbowl halftime show.

I read a lot of the Q&A before the performance, once the selection of Prince was announced. And there seemed to be alot of pre-judgement.

I really enjoyed it! He plays an instrument--something that has been lacking with the newer bands! Way to go Prince!

Purple Rain is one of the best all time songs ever! It brings tears every time. I'm glad he isn't a rapper. He is an excellent musician & I would love to be his drummer even though I prefer hard rock! Well done Prince! & thank YOU! God bless you Prince!

I thought it was great! I could've watched him for at least another 15 minutes. He's one of the few remaining talented musicians and songwriters out there. And for some stupid reason, many fail to recognize what an awesome guitarist he is.

I'll be very honest...for a metal head myself, I have to give him 2 thumbs up!!! But I could kill him for killing The Best of You!!!! And for the person who said he should go back to the 90's...actually he first came out in the 80's...I was 14!!!! I'm now 37!!! But back to the question...again...I was surprised...he was actually pretty good.

***** (THATS 5 STARS!)
He's a musical genius....and unlike so many celebrities, he stays true to himself, his style and his music, instead of conforming to the majority of mainstream music lovers, because that is what really matters to him---NOT his popularity!

NOTE TO VALLEY R: if you are gonna comment, get your facts straight PLEASE! The artist has been known as "Prince" since 1996. It was only for a few years that he was "the artist formally known as Prince" and that was to escape a ridiculously binding contract enforced by Warner Brothers. New name=don't have to abide by the contract...

Nothing special, but thankfully not near as annoying as past halftime shows. Prince was an odd choice though...

I haven't seen it yet, but all my taxi passengers liked it. I ask them if he did anything less appropriate, since he's a Jehovah's Witness, and they all said it was clean.

he was about as exciting as his pre-game judgement. an old toad has been that has passed his time and should have stayed in the 80s or 90s. Know he is rumored to be and is perceived as a stud, but to have someone more female than Michael Jackson on the stupid bowl stage was LOL funny. What a waste of air time.
