It's called Deja vu. And I have experienced it more times than I can count. The worst time was when my wife left me. I had a dream that she came home from work and packed a bag to stay at her mother's house "for the weekend". Two days later, it happened. Exactly how I had dreamt.

We do a lot of the same things in our life and if we don't personally do something, it can be seen on a tv show or a movie. So what you see is just something your mind picked up from somewhere and then becomes close to the dream you have.. no big deal it happens all the time.

Just yesterday!, I had a silly dream that involved a stapler. Then the next morning someone brings a stapler to the last place I expected to see one, the ice skating rink! Go figure? The first words out of my mouth was I just dreamed about a stapler last night. It was actually embarrassing, it was so ridicules but true.

yes, it happen and for me it is related more to coinsidence. reason is while we are sleeping our brain works.. well this part is hard to explain, but some how those grapical images, colours, past memory and others a mixed and recorded. This forms of something will not be noticed if event like those somthing does not happen, but when it happen while this mixes is still in our memory, you will realize it,.. and relate it to your dream or some views before it happen and this really a coincidence event. if not, you will not even realize about that dream etc.

It happens to me occasionally. I had a dream about a house and a few days later I drove by it ! It was weird. I've had other dreams about stuff only to have it happen to me. Thankfully the one where I keep falling off of a bridge hasn't happened. He he!

contrary to what all these idiots are saying about it being deja vu- it is not.
we all have a 6th sense, and some are more in tune to it than others... if you dream something today and it happens tomorrow, then you had a premonition, not deja vu
