On November 29, 1981, she was sailing on the yacht she shared with her husband, Robert Wagner, and their friend Walken, when Natalie fell in the ocean while trying to board the dinghy tied up alongside the yacht and drowned. She was 43 years old.

She was on a boat with Robert Wagner and Christopher Walken, left the two on deck, and somehow accidentally fell over board and drowned.
I remember there was a lot of talk at the time about whether her drowning was an accident or not.....it was eventually ruled to be an accident.

She was drunk and supposedly fell off the boat while trying to leave the yacht or to secure a dinghy. Controversy with that is that she was afraid of the water and don't know why she would try and get on the smaller boat. Some have been skeptical of her husband Robert Wagner.

Her husband ,and Christopher Waken were out on their boat,went out for supper had some wine,when back to boat,got into fight with husband,Robert Wagner.Was mad went to leave boat ,in middle of nite.Lost her footing trying to getting her self into the dingy ,she drowned.Something she always feared

Partied w/hubby on yacht and got drunk. Went for a "walk" and fell off the yacht and drowned...I think it was in the 80's...just in case.
