By patient I would take it you are referring to a medical patient. This being then a patients right to leave means that you canNOT be forced to accept medical by anyone. (As long as you are an adult) Now if you are mentally challenged then you can be made or forced to take medical. So as an example if you are in the hospital and you get tired of waiting then you CAN leave at any point in time that you decide you want to and they canNOT hold you against your will. BUT if you fall UNconscious, then the hospital CAN give you medical as you are no longer conscious and thus you canNOT refuse treatment.
