Dang. Up until now all I've seen are non-black people answering this question. But hey, I'm black and even I have to agree. LOL...Even the songs with tight beats have no lyrical substance.

I don't think it's limited to just rap. Everything on the radio seems like crap recently.

Darling, 95% of all rap is crap. You could easily put all of the important rap tracks on one 80 minute CD, including "F tha Police" and "Ladies' First", and macerate the rest.
