I need to find 3 short stories online that I can print out. Does anybody have any suggestions of titles of short stories that you enjoy? By preferably famous authors such as Edgar Allen Poe, O. Henry, Mark Twain, etc.? Thanks

Thank you, redunicorn, I was just at the eastoftheweb site. However, my question was to see what titles people on here enjoy to give me more of an idea or a place to start (since there are so many stories to choose from).

"The Masque of the Red Death" - Edgar Allen Poe
"The Cask of Amontillado" - Edgar Allen Poe
"The Lottery" - Shirley Jackson
All three are excellent stories, and I would recommend reading them even if your coursework does not require it.

Try "The Cask of Amontillado" by Edgar Allen Poe. It's pretty creepy, but good.
