Yup, when I was younger. It was a fairly decent sized maple. They are climber-friendly trees to start with, so don't blame me for having fun climbing up, but unfortunately I lost my grip and went tumbling backwards down through the branches - ka-bing- ka-bong- ka-bunk- ka-biddily-boo, and landed on my back on the ground with all the wind knocked out of me, one inch from a gigantic, half-buried boulder I couldn't believe it! How lucky I had been. My guardian angel was working overtime, clearly. If I had landed one inch closer you would definitely not be reading this. I am now 63 years old, but this experience was like it happened about five minutes ago in my memory.

Nope but was left hanging a tree while riding horses; horse got spooked by a snake and took off before I realized what was happening- I almost broke my neck when the tree limb did not want to go along with us too. Been a long time since I rode a horse......

Yes and the last time I did it I was 25 years old! I was picking the apples, before the wind blew them off. A jet air-craft flew over head, it was so low that I could almost see the colour of the pilots` eyes ! The noise startled me and I lost my balance I was lucky I only suffered pain and not broken bones.

I never fell out of a tree, but I once dropped my keys in a tree. That is, I was tossing them up and down as I walked under a tree, and they got stuck! I got them down with a branch.

I was a little girl living in Winona and my brother I were climbing up a tree. I was pretty far up and I sat or grabbed a branch that was not strong enough to support me, the branch broke(snap) and bam to the ground I went. I'm sure it hurt but not to seriously. It never stopped me from doing it again.
