Prince was a poor choice. How about some AC/DC?

They chose Prince because he is an international icon and has just just recently come out with a new album. Whether you like him or not, you cannot deny the fact that the man is a musical genius and has a fan base larger than you could ever imagine. I don't appreciate everyone undermining him when he could have easily refused to perform in the rain considering who he is. I guess you would have liked to see Beyonce or some other newer artist that doesn't produce themselves, write their own lyrics, create their own music, etc.

I think Prince did very well considering the weather conditions. The reason they've been choosing older acts stems from the Timberlake/Janet Jackson nipple incident a few years ago.
