i want to be flexible on my back. so i can do some scorpions. or touch my hands to my feet in the splits. or backward heel stretches or whatever those are called...

Stretch everyday and make sure you warm up before. Your body needs to be warm before any type of stretch. Hold the stretches for at least 20 seconds.

You just have to stretch alittle more everyday...it takes 10 seconds to stretch a muscle then another 10 to keep it that flexible...we learned that in cheerleading...Just keep doing it everyday then you'll be a pro at it..trust me...its easy
