The condition is called priapism. It's an erection that is caused by factors other than sexual excitement...it can be caused by a blood clot, or any number of reasons.

These erections are not at all pleasurable, and it could lead to serious permanent damage. That particular drug manufacturer wants folks to know that erections lasting longer that a certain timeframe may be a sign of this condition, and they want folks taking the drug to be aware of it.
