The site is not down
Go to tools > internet options > and then click 'delete files' to clear your temp internet files. Also, clear the browsing history and that should make the site work!!!

If you can access it at work, obviously, the site is up and running. Possibly problems with settings at your home computer? Start by looking at the firewall and the "white" list.

I think it is because I can't get on it either.
