that depends how much ram memory you have installed. a general rule is if you have 1 gb ram you would set your virtual mem to min 1536 mb and max to 3072 mb. that is what I use and have had no bother at all. so roughly your min is 1.5 times your ram and your max is 3 times your ram

Set to Ram amount multiplied by 1.5 for both min and max to reduce fragmentation, and disk searching.
