Don't worry about it yet... it took 9 month sto put the weight on... give yourself 9 months before you worry about it.
A lot of it truly is pregnancy weight, and will come off after. Just eat healthy.
I gained 35 pounds and lost it within 2-3 months (I still have 5 pounds to go)... I wasn't able to breastfed either, which they say helps drop the weight. We eat gluten-free in our home becasue my baby's Father has Celiac's disease... I really believe that helped me lose the weight quicker. That means that we don't eat anything with wheat in it... no bread, rice/corn pasta, lots of veggies and meats.

Breastfeed no kidding. I lost 39 obs in the first 3 weeks of delivering. Then I got an old stationary bike and put it in mu living room and ride it for 5-10 minutes each time i get done feeding my daughter. That helped me to lose another 14 lbs in 3 weeks as well as following a sensible eating plan. Go to this website and it will tell you how many calories, grams of fat protein and carbs you need each day based on your actual weight and goal weight depending on whether or not you exercise. Have a safe delivery and don't stress too much. You'll be looking good in no time. http://nutrition.about.com/library/bl_nutrition_guide.htm

you do not describe the challenge ok. Over what time period has this 3lb distinction befell? it is now unlikely to be all muscle. perchance a small fraction will be, yet no longer maximum or all of it. you do not income muscle tissue that truly. A male, who has the acceptable nutrition routine and paintings out can anticipate to operate 1lb of muscle tissue in step with month. it truly is doing intense quantities of weight lifting. you're literally not doing any weight lifting, merely aerobic. you is merely no longer gaining 3lbs of muscle in a pair weeks time (back you do not state how briskly the three lbs got here on). what's your each day caloric intake? in case you won't be able to answer that question then you fairly are in probability for increasing what you're eating, hence causing weight income. you ought to visual reveal unit your nutrition routine very heavily and really understand the quantity of energy you're putting into your body, no longer merely guestimate. If the burden got here on over nighttime... it is water weight. -Connor

The very best thing that you can do to get your figure back quickly is to breastfeed your baby!
Did you know that you will burn up to 1000 calories a day making milk for your baby? I don't know anything else that you can do by virtually doing nothing.
In addition to that breastfeeding has the most incredible health benefits for you and your baby.
Nursing your baby will protect him or her against most of the childhood diseases that he could encounter. Just the colosturm alone will provide your baby with antibodies that will protect your newborn against staphyloccus infections, polio virus, cocksackie B virus, infant diarrhea and Escherichia coli infection....the germs that newborns are most susceptible to. Colostrum is what your breasts will produce in late pregnancy and is the perfect, sweet, clear food for your baby. It is all that your little one will need until your milk comes in, in two or three days. Remember that the more you let your baby nurse in those early days the Even if a mother could only nurse her baby for one month she would be giving him an invaluable gift. Continued breastfeeding will protect your baby against most childhood diseases. In fact, breasted babies are so rarely sick that when one is it is of special concern! IF they get sick it will not last as long or be as serious as if they were NOT being breastfed. Of course it follows that the longer you nurse, the better.
Ideally nursing for two years is really wonderful and the benefits for both mother and child are great.
If you are really serious about getting your figure back, breastfeed your baby! There are so many benefits that I have not mentioned. If you are interested go to www.lalecheleague.org for more wonderful information.
Good luck

Yeah breast feeding helps alot and when you are not breast feeding the baby pump as much as you can. I weighed over 170lbs when I had my daughter and I started to eat healthy and walking almost every day along with breast feeding. I now weigh 140lbs and I'm back into a size 8. WOOHOO. I'm so happy about that lol.. Don't try to diet cuz you need the nutrients for the baby when breast feeding. Just eat healthy, walk daily if you can and do other excesses in the mean time. It will take time but you will get there if you stick with it. Good luck and Congrats!

Breast feed if you can!
Walk, walk, and more walking. Once your able to get back to normal then do the sits and other things you already do. Try not to gain toooo much! You don't want to gain 70 lbs, so watch your diet now.
