Gosh, he's 14, give the kid a chance to go through puberty. His body will be changing a lot in the next 3 years.

Dylan actually been less careless for his body / weight and so he ate more junk food then healthy food and began to not notice but until through the suite life of Zach and Cody, he has been increasing in body fat but he is trying to lose it again (just harmful of too much snacks) -- this is similar to what happen to josh peck in drake and josh but he lost most of his fat through diet and exercise with his trainer

I have never heard of this kid (I'm aussie) so I did a google search. You have got to be kidding if you think he is fat...hes far from fat, give the kid a break.
I think someone is jealous because Dylan and his brother are getting attention.
