There is no tutor at school, the only tutoring offered is by a teacher on saturday for a few hours.

I think the best best is to post an ad on a bulletin board at your college (or if you are a high school student, the nearest local college with a respectable physics program).

If it is a college with a graduate program, I would place the ad where graduate students are most likely to see it (maybe outside a grad lounge). if the local college doesnt focuses on ug education, I would post a flier where the physics profs have lab space, asking for a junior or senior physics major for tutoring help.

Find out if the physics department has a Society of Physics students, sometimes they will tutor lower level students.
