There should be a cleanout located in the basement, located on the main pipe leading to your sewer or septic-- unscrew that (beware of mess) using a snake start at toilet or the tub and run it through and hopefully it relieves the obsturction. Are the rest of your drains in your home slow-- if so you might need to check your roof top vent to make sure air is getting into the drain system. If you dont know what Iam talking about call a plumber NOW!!!

I don't recommend opening the clean out in the basement, picture Old Faithful only alot um, "messier"
Call a sewer cleaning service if you have a city sewer, call a septic service if you have a septic tank, chances are it is full.

get quotes first!

You are going to have to unclog the drain i recommend a pro. To keep some of the mess outside you can open your outside cleanout and it should drain out there. What ever you do wear disposible gloves.
