If the babies eyes are brown then they will stay brown. If they are blue when it's born, they have the possibility of changing to brown.
A baby with Blue eyes has the possibility of changing in the first 6 months. After 6 months, the eye color that it has is what it will stay.
Brown color is more dominant than blue.
But there is always a chance of blue staying.
Don't know if that helped, but I hope so.

This is actually the same situation as in my family. Blue eye genes are recessive, brown eye genes are dominant. Since your dad has blue eyes and yours are brown, you have one brown eye gene and one blue eye gene. Your husband has two blue eye genes because his eyes are blue. So the chances are about 50-50 brown or blue since you have an equal likelihood of giving a blue or brown eyed gene.

I'm not really sure but I'm guessing that your baby will have a 50% chance of being brown and a 50% chance of being blue. Brown is the more dominant trait but there is a good chance it will be blue.

Probably brown, but you never can tell. My son has dark brown eyes.... both his father and I have green eyes, but our parents both have brown. If your baby has already been born you can usually tell if they're going to change by how clear their eyes are. "Muddy" blue usually turns to brown and bright blue usually stays blue. I haven't known a baby with green eyes. Brown eyes are usually dominant.
