If your question is...where to get a non shiny lipstick or what is a good brand, that all depends on how much you want to spend. MAC Cosmetics although alittle more pricy has the best cosmetics EVER! and they last forever....you can start there and get some prices as well as see what the differences are between the contents in the lipsticks....also you have to remember you don;t want it to be too dry because then it will dry out your lips and you don't want that either! just something to keep in mind when shopping around.

The Burts Bees Lip Shimmers are great. Some of the shades ARE very shiny though, so you have to be careful what you are using. Try the Watermelon shade. It's not shiny and it still gives your lips a natural, tinted look. They also mostuize your lips and feel great. You can buy them at CVS or your grocery store. when putting your make-up on, use leftover foundation on your lips. it helps to tone down yr natural lip color. then put some clear lip balm or lipstick that says matt-these are supposed 2 b non-shiny. It really works for me. Looks natural and nice like those lips u c on magzines and stuff.I always thought lip colours that are close to yr natural lip color looks the best!

I recently discovered Burt's Beezwax lip balm. It is perfect! Gives a nice waxy matte, natural look--and feels great on. Plus it smells wonderful on---peppermint. I had read that Sienna Miller wears it all the time---and if you look at pictures of her, she always has the most wonderful pale natural matte lips..... THAT is exactly what Burt's looks like on. I use Mary Kay and DHC, which have a fairly matte finish, if that's what you mean. I don't like the really shiny glossy ones.

matte lipsticks can really dry out your lips. be sure to remove with vaseline or an eye-makeup remover.

okay jus take a regular lipstick ,and put it on, and now take a tissue and fold it the long way ,and put it in your mouth, like your eating a sandwhich. and now close your lips, like putt them inside ,and take it out ,ALL THE SHINE WILL BE GONE
