im a freshman i have been challenged to build a model of a atom i chose hydrogen how many electrons does an hydrogen atom have i fiqured one but i wasent quite sure i wanted to make sure and how many protons and nuetrons are in a hydrogen atom i left my book at home and i cant recall how to tell by using the atomic number i think it was thanks

i know it can range but by the average amounts i need the amount in a normal average hydrogen atom i know that they can range but i need what the majority of them are

this is a basic problem! i think i found the answer 1 protron, 1 electron, NO nuetron can somone please ocnfirm this and give me there reasoning.

thanks for sending me diagrmas and stuff trying to educate me on the build of an atom and the bonds but this is a freshman project as simple as gluing cereal to a reaice of paper
