just ask your mother if she blocked myspace and ask why, chances are if she did block out myspace she has a good reason for doing it. If she can block out myspace she can also block out the proxy sites too.

They have several websites that you can access myspace on a different website w/o it getting blocked....let me find some. You can use http://www.schoolboredom.com/ and it creates a myspace and everything so you can log onto myspace without it actualy being on myspace.
