take off the primary fuel filter (on the back of the machine) it has a drain plug on the bottom of it this is how u know it is the primary. after pulling the filter, turn key on not starting just 2 put electronics on(power) see if u have free flowing fuel out of the where the fuel filter was. u have blockage somewhere this is just the first place to look. if outgoing fuel line is clear replace fuel filter pull off return line and turn key over see if u have fuel coming from there if u hvae no fuel there tughten fuel lines down back to filter put all back on open up plug on bottom of filter c if there is water in the fuel (best to check in the morning so all the water is settled on the bottom) evry thing should drain out wihtout anything on if that is not the problem u will have to bleed the injectors. fill it back up to the top where it is running crank the machineur injectors r the small fuel lines start with number one crack the line open it will spit and sputter hold it open until it is spitting fuel put one back on. go to number 2 go through all injectors (4) unitl the air is out and fuel i running. if none of this works it is possible in the chip and u will need to contact the dealer to reset he code

If the fuel feed tube is mounted in the top of the tank, the tube inside may be corroded part way down and have a hole in it allowing the pump to pickup air when the fuel level drops. Check to make sure the tank vent is ok as a possible vacuum may be building up in the tank and therefore fuel won't flow. Just a couple of thoughts.

Is it a gas motor or diesel? Sounds like a bad coil, bad filter, leaf in the fuel tank, or wrong fuel?
