If I was a male, I would let it go gray but make sure to use a conditioner after shampooing so my hair would not get a yellow tinge to it. I love grey hair on men.
Yeah for you. Just let is go grey.
Now, being female, I would definitely eliminate the grey. Grey on men, great, but on women, just ok.

My hair has started turning grey since I was 23. I do dye it still and will continue to do so until I'm much older, maybe in my 50's when I no longer care.....

My husband has been going grey since I met him and I think it's sexy. I love when he gets it cut and you can see the grey better.
I highlight my hair so I wouldn't know if it were going grey or not.

What do you care about what anyone thinks around you thinks? Let it go grey... that's what I'd do, I wouldn't bother with it unless it was a problem with my job (no idea how it could be, not bothering anyone).

For guys its easier to let it become grey. Makes you look more distinguished. Grey hair just makes females look old.

I'm 21 with 25 years experience.
I don't have many gray hairs on my head, but my beard is really turning gray.
I would never dye it, especially the beard.
I can get rid of most of my gray hair by shaving right now.

Personally I am just not ready to be grey. Some people are fine with it and look really good with it. It's just a matter of perference.
