You dont,

DSL is a cable connection like NTL/TELEWEST

ADSL is a connection via your phone line.

Dialup referes to an old style internet connection that actually dials through your phone line, ADSL on the other hand uses your phone cables but keeps the phone free.

ADSL is broadband - FAST
Dialup is NarrowBand - SLOW

DSL dialup - does not exist :(

You can not. DSL is on all the time and requires a conditioned circuit at the central office (CO).
