Is there any system of grading scools any ?

What I mean is how do people classify schools in india saying this top school or that is the best school .

Im not sure exactly what you mean. You might wanna try and rephrase the question...
But I do know that an:
A= 93-100
B= 85-92
C= 78-84
D= 83-75
anything lower and you failed!!!
