How soon does it start? Can the nipple soreness come and go? For those who have it with cycles too, did it start around the same time as when you got pregnant?

I believe those symptoms come around 1 or 2 weeks after conception. Those were my very first symptoms. The worst part is the fact that it DOES come around the time you're supposed to get on your next period, so its very easy to mistake it for PMS. Only thing you can really rely on is the arrival of your period. Hope this helps!!

I never had it with my cycle but I did get extreme breast tenderness and nipple tenderness probably starting around 2-3 weeks. I couldn't even let the shower water hit my breasts without wincing! It all went away probably about 9-10 weeks.

My nipples were sore about a week before I even found out I was pregnant. My pregnancy only lasted 12 weeks so I a don't know about further into the pregnancy. Watch out for heart burn too. Tums help alot, don't use Pepto, its really bad for the baby.
Good luck

Well, my breasts are not so tender but my nipples are extremely sensitive lately. Before-hand they were not even and now they hurt touching my shirt or bra. I am about 8 weeks along, it started a couple weeks ago, never had this with periods though.

Nipple sensitivity was one of my biggest symptoms of pregnancy! I started to get sore right before my first missed period. Hope that helps!

That doesn't mean you are pregnant. You may be getting ready to start your period or depending on your age, it might be menopause, are you trying to get pregnant to trap your boyfriend??
