i an trying to find the title of an old black and white film to buy for my brothers birthday ,the lead player was tony curtis,,they had to go down to the bottom of the sea to dive for sponges,i have asked every one i know what it is called and no one seems to know ,can you help me please to find the title of this film

"Beneath the 12 Mile Reef" has sponge diving, but not Tony Curtis. The lead is Robert Wagner. Could this be the film you are thinking of?

You could go to the Internet Movie Database - http://www.imdb.com/ - and just type in Tony Curtis. It should bring up a biography of the man and a list of all his films. U should be able to find the film ur lookin for by searching that list. If u hav time, read the descritpions of them all til u find one that is about wot u described above.

However, nothing seemed to exist in his filmography related to deep sea diving. Are you sure you have that lead actor right? Try looking under a few other names and see what comes up.

I remember that film too. Wikipedia has a list of movies, and I cannot figure if one of them is the movie. Try that.
