I have heard that they contain little-to-no actual potatoes. True or false?

true, there is non in them, i saw a video on youtube on which this guy put 5 types of sandwiches and fries in a container and a sandiwch from a restourant and fries. the restourant went bad first meaning they are real, but the others from mcdonalsd didnt, the sndwiches just turned into all this chemicals, verybad. took 3 months to deteriorate, but the restourant toook 2 weeks. the fries from mcdonalds after 5 months stayed the same. no change at all. imagine all that staying in your stomach. Mcdonalds is the worst place to go and eat. there is no potatoes in them. try finding the video on youtoob, the guy who did it was the guy who made the movie of eating bigmacs for a month and nothing else, put hi sname in and with mcdonalds test, i think you will find it.

Have you ever eaten french fries made with real potatoes? Dummy of course they do. But you might need to use a magnifying glass and look beneath all the salt to find a tiny flake or two. If you really want to be sure, send one to a chemist and have it tested. Don't think you want to know bad enough to spend the money having someone check it out.

I just read Fast Food Nation and learned about the french fry making process - they do use real potatoes. The book was very interesting.

I wouldn't doubt that at all...I worked at In N Out Burger and I know first hand that they use real potatoes! There is always a guy in the back peeling away! If you live in CA, AZ or Vegas...try In N Out...you won't regret it!

false. There are lots of rumours regarding McDonalds food, and most (if not all) are false.

The fries are made with potatoes, the burgers are made with beef,
