Ok.. lol this may sound pretty dumb. I'm not sure how to quite explain it. So here it goes, so I open up internet explorer.. and everything loads fine, the default window opens up and loads perfectly.. but then when I restore the window down, into a smaller view.. and click.. lets say onto instant messanger for a while, then click back onto my internet explorer window, the window starts shaking, and it like trembles very quickly for about 5 seconds. What is going on? Is this normal? Does my computer have some sort of virus??? I'm so confused.

My explorer box does that to but you might want to keep an eye on it because mine will just stop working for no real reason. Just be care when you restore it, ok?

It could... Or it could be a messed up file, try running a virus check on it, and nothing comes up, redownload the file and restart your computer after you install it.
