Based on the number of typos in your question, I'm going to assume that you're very young. And if you're looking at guys that are around the same age group as you, of COURSE they're going to be perves. They're starting (or have started) puberty, which is a major change for them, emotionally and physically. However, they could just simply enjoy the women's beauty and, unfortunately, that may be considered a perverted thing to do, no matter now innocent it may seem.

It acutally does depend on the guy because there are sum guyz who don't care about how sum1 phsycially lookz (1 outta every 100,lol). But they r considered pervs if they stare at u a lot and not staring at ur face, other areaz.......If you get what I mean.. when they make sum sexual comment that iz disguting. When they say sumthing to u that makes u feel uncomfortable.

Wait till you are objectified, till someone talks to your **** and not you when you are at work, then you'll get it.
Nothing wrong with admiring a woman's beauty, but some guys go beyond that into being downright disgusting, and they make it bad for the descent guys and for women.

I call all the guys I am friends with pervs because, to me, all they can think about is a girls chest and her butt. And, sometimes, what they look like nude. That is how a lot of guys are.

well depending on the guy, if a guy stares at you or grabs your but or violates you in anyway and makes you feel weird and drools over you thats considered a perv because guys should act that way they should be respectful
