You can take a taxi to Coral Gables, Miracle Mile (it's the name of the street you want to go to) has lots of great shopping. Just keep your eye on the clock and consider the time of day. Rush hour is a real mess. Have fun!

4 hours really isn't enough time to stop and do anything. You can take a taxi to Flagler dog track, Miami Jai Lai, or you could just take a cab and cruise the strip on miami beach. Bayside is about an hour drive each way so you wouldn't be able to spend much time there. Whatever you do the cab is going to cost money.
