Have you ever heard of that ? I've only heard of drug addict going on binges that last for a few days up to a few months . Ive even heard of a few years , BUT I have NEVER heard of an addict that uses one time and doesnt uses again for almost a year . HAve you ?

Yes - I've witnessed all types of stories - some are chronic users and others as you mentioned just once in awhile.

You can get clean and sober, if you are addicted there is ALWAYS chance of relapse. The thoughts of using may happen now and then..maybe indefinitely. I was sober 5 years and relapsed, jumped right back up too! It's not only possible but quite common.

I personally know an addict who went for 9 years and then relapsed. I also know one who stays clean for a few months, or even a year, then relapses. It's a vicious cycle.

Sweetie your in need of an answer, you want to believe this to be the situation. Go to the motel and find out or sit on the hood of his truck and find out what is really going on. Better a broken heart now then to marry and have kids and then have a broken family. Find the truth and take action.

Yes,they can.I can relate to that personally,my own father did the samething every 5-6 months,for eighteen years.It's ashame but he would.Atleast he is sorry i had to see that!It effected my life alot.I would never ever do drugs.

Yes, plenty of people do. They relapse, admit they screwed up, and get right back to living sober.

yes,i have and still do but it's cause i get drug tested at work and only do when i am off on vacation
