I wouldn't play it that way. A lot of places call your previous employer for a reference. I don't think that would go over well. Plus they might fire you before you have a chance to quit for insubordination. Good luck...

No. I won't even shop at Hollister or Abercrombie. Overpriced clothes with very little fashion or style. BORING. It all looks the same to me. I prefer quality over what's in. I wear the clothes. The clothes aren't wearing me. I dress for my lifestyle, personality, and what I want people to read from me. edit: That sounds a lot harsher than I mean it to. It's fine for kids or tweens. But it just isn't impressive. It is definitely overpriced. The clothes fall apart in no time. edit again: I don't like people to know the brands I wear. I avoid any clothing that has obvious branding. Why should I advertise for them? What does it say about me? I want them to notice me. That's the bottom line.

I would advise against it. Not because the company doesn't deserve it, but because those things can haunt you down the road. When you apply for a job in the future it could lead to a horrible work reference.
I would suggest putting in your 2 weeks notice and then working through your remaining shifts. This shows you are a responsible person. Also, people who flake off on scheduled shifts are hurting their co-workers more than the company.
I'm a manager who does hiring and if I heard a perspective employee had left a job in the way described I would have serious second thoughts about hiring the person.

As satisfying an idea that this is-- its NOT a good idea.
You may be breaking laws about libel and slander.
Plus as others said, you do not want that in your resume for any future employer.
If you want, you can make the shirt and then have a party with friends at HOME to celebrate leaving a horrible job.
Best of luck!

Unless you do not need a future reference from them then, its funny. However you might be subjecting yourself to a loss of a new employer.
I would not recommend doing this. It may seem funny now but think about where you want to be in 3, 6, or 12 months from now.

While amusing as it seems, it will be perceived as childess at your place of work. Don't burn unnecessary bridges, they have a way of coming back to haunt you later in life.
