Go to tools, internet options, then click delete..Or you can use this free eraser program..Yes, there are ways to retrieve the information, that has been deleted..good luck>>

do u mean sites that u have visited? if so click on my comp, control panel, then click internet options, a window will come up, where it says delete history, click on that. nope u can't get it back, but when u visit sites it will be there again,

tools/internet options under the general tab you choose delete history and it can be brought back if you have the rightr software and know how to use it

click 'tools' then 'internet options'...then delete it
once deleted, its gone forever...
