Runs fine down to about 10 below; I ran it already today, for about 20 minutes. Ran a little rough, but good for go. Have to be at an appointment tomorrow noon, and it will be about zero degrees. Am I wasting my time to go down now and run it again for maybe 15 minutes? Will this help it start tomorrow at all? It is plugged in, but not oil pan heater, just smaller block heater. Any input appreciated. I can cook great meals, but not good at my car.

you should let it run for about 10 minutes at the most really after that your burning your exhaust valves at a high temperature so just turn up the heat all the way and when you start get it at a comfortable temp, and you should when you start driving drive at a crawling pace first and then very gradually speed up cause you need to get rid of the bubbles in your oil before you take it at higher speeds

,starting in cold ambient temperature.

push the accelerator pedal slowly to the floor twice before twist the ignition key ,then once started do not touch nothing, let the engine run until it reach it normal running temperature(about ten minutes) which is 180 degrees and the dial indicator in the dash is more than 1/3 from bottom to upper.
then You are OK.

by the way, Your car is good ,don't have afraid..The reason that run rough is the water in the ambient.

If you run down and start it now, all you will accomplish is 15 minutes of pollution in your area. Seriously, it won't make a bit of difference for tomorrow at noon.

If you've had no problems up to now starting it you should be fine, especially with the block heater.

may be water in the gas. try putting dry gas in it. you can get it at any part store.also put some injector cleaner in it. you dump them both in the gas tank and drive it as normal and your problem should go away
