green and blue go very well together. A blue top would definitely match and would draw out the blue in your skirt.

ya it would! it would so bring out the blue in ur skirt. just make sure that there isnt two different patterns. ok. like dont have vertical stripes on ur shirt then horizontal stripes on ur skirt. k! have fun!

Well it probably does match but you don't want to be to matchy-matchy. Try to contrast the color with something subtle but would still look good together. I suggest a very soft pink that isn't too pale to washout your skin (if your light skin) or too hot, like fuchsia. Something like a salmon color. ^_^*
