Because he's obviously really bored.
Okay, i've looked at the questions and I think that he's thinking he'll get women to answer, if they think it's a woman asking the question and not a man.

Perhaps you should ask him instead of asking us. However, if you have asked him and not received an answer, maybe it's time for the 2 of you to sit down and have an open conversation (no accusing, no hollering, no blame) - just talk about what is going on with the 2 of you.
