i don't know to much about panda, but as far as choseing between windows one/care, and panda, i'd chose panda, i feel it's better to go with a company that just does that one thing, protecting ur comp, microsoft has more stuff to deal with then just that.

All of these software programs that claim to be everything to everybody is really one big software mess. One antivirus as you can only use one without conflict, or two or three antispyware programs will perform just great for you. One software program that is designed for only antivirus or antispyware has a hard enough time keeping you secure let alone the all in one package.
Myself from experience I stay away from the all in one claims as they don´t perform as claimed. If you want a really good antivirus that is far superior then anything that Spain puts out. (An I am Basque) . So I am knocking my own countries software.
